Sometimes, as worship ministers, and generally as beleivers, this is actually what we are singing. Self-worship. Self-exhortation. Self-centred praise. We worship with words and emotions, but our hearts are so so so faraway from the one who is really the CENTRE OF OUR WORSHIP. The one whom it is all about.  May God have mercy on us all. (AMEN).
