RCCG PRAYER AND FASTING.....

Welcome all to the moth of February.......

This month in the Redeemed Christian Church of God is the month of a general fasting and praying programme where every member of the church waits upon God.

Below are the key prayer points for this yearly spiritual excercise. Bearing in mind these 3 major truths...

1. There is no alternative to God. If God can't, no one can.

2. There is nothing too difficult for Him to do.....Just beleive

3. Those who wait on Him, He shall renew their strength.

PRAYER POINTS FOR FEBRUARY 2011 FASTING PERIOD




DAY 1

Ps 100: 1-end. Prayers of thanksgiving for The G.O., RCCG and you.


DAY 2

John 12:24. Pray that you will die to flesh. Pray for outpouring of the Holy Ghost.

DAY 3

John 15:1-5 Pray for Fruitfulness and Continual progress

DAY 4

Gen 26:1-13 Pray for Divine direction and expansion

DAY 5

Is 45:1-3 Pray for Financial increase. Pray that you will subdue nations.

DAY 6

1Cor 16:9 Pray for Open doors. Pray that the Lord will put enemies to shame.

Acts 28:30-31 Lord, establish your church and increase our effectiveness.

Ps 41;1-2 Pray for more hunger for God.

Amos 9:11-12 Pray for restoration, enlargement of family.

Acts 2:1-4, Gen 11:6 Pray for Unity, outpouring of the Holy Spirit in RCCG and our Nation.

Nigeria , FOL in UK and USA , OMC etc.

Job 5:26, Ps 91:16, John 10:10 Pray for Life and not death. Pray for full ages. Pray for salvation of souls.

All throughout scripture, we see that God uses ordinary things. One time, Sampson had thousands of Philistines coming against him. Sampson didn't have any armor. He didn't have a sword. No troops were backing him up. It looked like he was as good as dead. What did Sampson do? Complain? "God, it's not fair. They've got swords and shields, and I don't have anything." No, Sampson understood this principle. He immediately began to look around. He knew that what he needed would be close to him. What did he see? A machine gun? A case full of hand grenades? No, he saw the jawbone of a donkey, something ordinary. It didn't look like much, but Sampson believed that what God gave him would be exactly what he needed. The scripture says that Sampson took the jawbone of the donkey and defeated 1,000 Philistines that were better equipped and had more expertise.



I've learned that success in life is not as much about what you have as it is about God's anointing on what you have. You can have average talent, but with the anointing of the Most High God you will go further than someone who has exceptional talent. You may have an extraordinary problem, but because of the blessing and favor of God on your life He can take an ordinary solution and cause you to be victorious.



Here is the question: do you recognize what you have? Are you looking around to see what is at your disposal, what is close to you? The solution, the breakthrough, the new business, the idea; it is within your reach. What you have may not look like much, but with God's anointing, it is everything you need.



Today, be encouraged because what you have is enough to accomplish what you need to accomplish. And if you need something different, the God of the universe knows how to get it to you. He has placed every resource you need within your reach. Keep hoping, keep praying, and keep rejoicing because the victory is already yours.



RCCG 2010 PROPHECIES

As we take off on the the flight 2011, the Lord has spoken through His servant Pastor E.A Adeboye concerning what to expect in the course of this flight, as individuals, as a nation and even globally.

I beleive that when the Word comes forth like this, it's meant to guide us and guard our paths because God's word is Light. I personally charge every one of us to move closer to God, be more prayerful, study God's word the more and most importantly live in constant communion with the Holy Spririt of God. He will lead us aright and grant us a safe landing at out God-ordained destination at the end of 2011.

I pray for everyone that God will be our friend and we will be His friend in 2011.

RCCG 2010 PROPHECIES



GENERAL

1. For those who will be totally committed to God this year, it will be a year of mighty testimonies.

2. There will be big celebrations in many homes/families

3. There will be massive restorations of losses of the previous years

4. Assignment – pray against killer diseases, particularly amongst children



NIGERIA

5. Pray for long life for prominent Nigerians

6. There is no need to panic – all will be well



INTERNATIONAL

7. Pray seriously for the international scene this year against massive storms and extreme temperatures

8. Pray against major disasters, especially by fire (what I (GO) saw is as if the whole earth was convulsing)

9. Pray that God will speak peace to a convulsing earth

10. Pray against civil wars and civil unrest

11. There will be major discoveries in the automotive and aviation industry.
